A Growth or Managed build takes 12 to 16 weeks from the workshop to launch, and a Launch build takes 8 to 10. Here is what happens in that time and what we need from you along the way.
A call with Ben
30 minutes
You tell Ben what you sell, what you run it on and where the office is losing time, and he tells you plainly whether we can help.
A discovery workshop
Weeks 0 to 2
We go through your brands, your price tiers, your trade rules and your systems, and we audit where admin time is going. You come out of it with a written scope and a fixed price.
Data and design
Weeks 2 to 6
Our team cleans up your product data while we design the brand site, the consumer store and the trade portal.
Build and connect
Weeks 6 to 12
We build the trade portal, the consumer store and the brand site, and we connect them to your ERP so stock, pricing and customers stay in step.
A test with real salons
Weeks 12 to 14
A handful of your salons use it first and tell us what gets in their way, your reps are trained, and the office team shadows your own staff.
Launch and handover
Weeks 14 to 16
We invite the rest of your salons in, and our team takes over the order entry and customer service queues.
Every month after that
Ongoing
Reporting, improvements, marketing and admin carry on, and you talk to the same people each time.
