Privacy
This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. It is written to meet the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the UK GDPR.
What we collect
We collect what you type into a form on this site, which is usually your name, your email address, your business name, your country and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. If you book a call, the booking is taken by Calendly and they hold the details you give them.
We also record which page a form was sent from and, if you arrived from an advertisement or a newsletter, which one it was.
What we use it for
We use it to reply to you, to prepare for a call with you and, if you asked for the checklist, to send you our newsletter for distributors. Every newsletter has a link that stops them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are kept in our customer records system and in our email. Some of our team work from the Philippines, so your enquiry may be read there by staff who are employed by us and bound by the same rules.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. It remembers the region you chose on the pricing page in your own browser, and that choice is never sent to us.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by emailing ben@yoonet.io. We will answer within 20 working days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand or the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
