What we commit to

  • A fixed price for a fixed scope

    We agree the scope and the price in writing before any work starts, and that is the price you pay.

  • A launch date we are held to

    If we miss the agreed go live because of our own delays, your care plan or monthly fee is free until we deliver.

  • You own everything

    The Shopify store, the domains, the content and the Google Ads and analytics accounts all sit in your name from the first day.

  • Six months, then month to month

    Growth and Managed start with a six month term, and after that you can leave with a month of notice.

  • A target for trade orders placed online

    On Growth and Managed we agree a share of trade orders that should be coming through the portal by month six, and if we fall short we keep working on rep training, salon onboarding calls and email at no extra fee until we get there.

  • Staff replaced within 15 business days

    If your virtual assistant is not working out we replace them inside 15 business days, and we carry the cost of doing it.

Questions about packages

Do we need Shopify Plus?

Not always. The standard Shopify plans include trade selling with up to three price lists, which is enough for plenty of distributors on day one. We only recommend Plus when your pricing tiers or your order volume call for it.

Can you work with our ERP?

Almost certainly, and it stays the source of truth. Shopify sits in front of it and we sync stock, pricing and customers. Tell us what you run when we talk.

Who owns the website?

You do. Every account is opened in your name, so if we ever part ways you keep the lot.

What if our brands do not allow consumer sales online?

Then we build trade only, or we build a consumer store limited to the brands that do allow it. We build to your brand agreements and we read them before we design anything.

How long does it take?

Launch takes 8 to 10 weeks. Growth and Managed take 12 to 16 weeks, because there is more to connect and your reps and salons need time to try it before everyone is invited in.

Do you work outside Australia?

Yes. We work with distributors in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and North America as well.
